End of Life Doula Offerings
My Approach As An INELDA Trained Doula
To provide a safe space for individuals and families to grieve and normalize loss through the lens of Earth/Nature connection and holistic stewardship. This will encompass companionship, comfort, guidance, spiritual support and practical care to those planning for death, diagnosed with a terminal illness, facing imminent death or even after a death - to help with light grief support. I offer a non-medical holistic approach that offers resources and helps the dying person and their circle of care make informed decisions in a supportive environment. My intention is to normalize death by creating spaces to hold conversations leading to increased communication, grounded embodiment and emotional wellbeing. I interweave listening, witnessing and honor the autonomy and end-of-life wishes of the dying individual and their loved ones.
